– Allocation of a specific adviser who will get to know your business;
– Updated contracts and handbooks to ensure legal compliance and best fit for your business;
– Advice and support whenever you need it;
– Employment related documents drafted by a qualified solicitor;
– Support through any ACAS early conciliation process;
– Trend spotting – we’ll work with you to review patterns within the business that are affecting performance or incurring unnecessary costs;
– Future planning – we’ll work with you to help you achieve your business plan;
– 6 monthly reviews to ensure that you are getting results; and
– Relevant updates to assist you and your business.
Proactive Fee Structure
– We have designed our fee structure to give you clarity and transparency. By fixing an annual fee, you’ll be able to budget for the advice and make the most of the service available to you safe in the knowledge that you won’t receive monthly invoices.
– The fee for our service is based on your employee numbers.
– Payment is made in two equal instalments (the first when you sign up to the service and the second 6 months later).
– We won’t tie you into the service, you can join us for 12 months and then decide whether you would like to continue.
